Cansizoglu Construction  was formed in 1996 by Mr. Metin Cansiz in Milas near Bodrum. Metin concentrated on commercial and government projectsand in the last ten years has turned the company into the success that it is today.Some of the projects include the massive Yenikoy lake project, both Didim and Marmaris water treatment plants and further a field the Berlin TradeCentre. However, the two largest developments were the power stations at Gokova and Yenikoy. 

In 2004 it was decided that Cansizoglu Construction would look at the domestic market and gained membership to the Union of Milas EstateAgencies. Initially, the company focused on land sales and projects while Mr. Cumhur Cansiz, the youngest son, wanted to take this family businessfurther and so, was born Casmark Homes®.

Casmark Homes has taken the objective of establishing a corporate culture that pays the utmost care to the nature and environment without ever sacrificing the quality and the aestetics. 

We still continue to transfer our expertise on to our projects , making use of the modern architecture and technology, receiving our energy from passion to mankind and the nature .
